Privacy and no-logs VPN: providers compared on printed prices
Every VPN says it keeps no logs, so the claim on its own carries no information. What can be checked is narrower and more useful: which providers put the policy in writing on their own domain, what exactly they say they do not keep, and where that page is. Five providers in this index publish a dedicated no-logs page, linked below. This site ranks on published prices and published policies; it does not rank on audits it has not read, and it does not treat a marketing line as evidence.

Reading a no-logs claim
Read what is excluded, not the headline. Connection timestamps, bandwidth totals and the originating IP address are different things, and a policy that is silent on one of them is saying something.
Check where the company is. Jurisdiction decides who can compel disclosure, and every provider states its home country on its own site.
An independent audit is stronger than a policy, and a policy is stronger than a slogan. The linked pages say which of the three a provider is offering.
Price and privacy posture are not correlated in this index. The provider with the strictest published position is not the cheapest and not the most expensive.
